BI Engineer

Job description A skilled BI Engineer with strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries for data transformation and hands-on experience in Power BI development. The ideal candidate will create insightful dashboards and reports while efficiently handling data transformations. Knowledge of Python will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Write complex SQL queries for data transformation and analysis. Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance and scalability. Integrate Python scripts into BI workflows to enhance data processing (if applicable). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and report performance. Qualifications: Proficiency in SQL with a focus on complex query writing and data transformation. Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dynamic reports and dashboards. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python is a plus.
