Sales Coordinator

Job description R Coordinate daily with the field sales team to track targets, ensure order execution, and resolve on-ground issues. Assist the Sales Head in reviewing sales performance, compiling updates, and streamlining sales workflow. Order & Delivery Management Process and track sales orders from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Liaise with logistics and dispatch teams to minimize delays and ensure order accuracy. Customer & Dealer Support Handle customer and dealer inquiries promptly and professionally, offering support in order tracking, complaint resolution, and product information. Maintain strong relationships with key dealers and distributors for better coordination. MIS & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports using Advanced Excel, including sales targets, achievements, dealer-wise performance, and route-wise analysis. Maintain and update CRM/sales database with accuracy to reflect real-time information. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with marketing, accounts, and dispatch departments to align promotions, pricing strategies, and credit controls with sales goals.ole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile experience as a Sales Coordinator or in Sales Support roles, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.
