Job description Lead UX efforts for high-impact websites from corporate and marketing sites to product microsites and landing pages • Translate business goals, brand strategy, and user insights into thoughtful wireframes, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes • Collaborate with visual designers, developers, and content strategists to deliver seamless, high-performing websites • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform IA and design decisions • Define and refine user journeys, page-level flows, and responsive layouts across devices • Champion usability and accessibility (WCAG) best practices throughout the design lifecycle • Build and maintain scalable website design systems • Support A/B testing strategies and CRO initiatives with UX recommendations • Review implemented designs for pixel-perfect execution and UX integrity What Were Looking For • 5+ years of UX design experience, with at least 3 years focused on website or marketing site design • Strong portfolio highlighting web-based UX work, including responsive design and user flow thinking • Proficiency in Figma • Solid grasp of UX principles, web usability standards, and information architecture • Experience collaborating with frontend developers and CMS teams (WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, etc.) • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for clean, purposeful design Nice to Have • Experience in SEO-friendly UX design practices • Familiarity with heatmaps, user testing tools, and CRO platforms (e.g., Hotjar, Google Optimize) • Working knowledge of accessibility tools and compliance standards (WCAG 2.1) • Prior experience working with design systems for websites • Background in brand storytelling and content design Role: UI / UX Designer Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: UX, Design & Architecture Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: UI / UX Education UG: Any Graduate Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Ui/UxCSSUi Ux DevelopmentHTMLwebsite designing Site DesigningHtml/Css
