Job description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Front end conducting feasibility for new stores at upcoming cities, towns and coordination with Business development team. Having good communication skills and interpersonal skills. All details from feasibility to be transferred to MEP and Design team. Excellent knowledge in site execution. Co-ordination with technical, MEP and Design department. Excellent time management skills, leadership abilities. Being highly self-motivated, I have the drive to focus and achieve both organizational and personal goals while taking the team along and ensuring deliverables. Good at project planning, budgeting, execution & delivery of the project. Handling BOQ, Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. PREFERRED SKILLS Hand on experience in AutoCAD, MS office. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Maximum Travel oriented job and travel planning skills, Knowledge on MEP.
