Job description WRole & re Job Title: Supply Quality Engineer / Manager Mechanical (Solar Industry) Location: Navi Mumbai Ghansoli Experience: 7 to 14 Years Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar Department: Quality Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Quality Engineer/Manager with a strong mechanical background. Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials and components for solar products. Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes. Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related quality issues. Coordinate with the procurement and engineering teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Audit and evaluate supplier processes and capabilities. Prepare quality documentation and inspection reports. Ensure adherence to ISO and other quality management standards. Requirements: Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Strong knowledge of mechanical components, material standards, and inspection tools. Familiarity with quality tools like 5 Why, 8D. Good understanding of ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001. Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
