Job description Role & responsibilities Product & process control to meet internal & external customer requirement qualitatively as well as quantitatively as per planning. Production as per schedule/budgeted target from Mfg. services. Daily & Weekly Review & daily monitoring of process & system parameters. Development of systems & new products Review of new WI & resources to get quality product Metal/Mfg. wastage within the budgeted target. Daily & Weekly monitoring of wastage & plugging of source of generation with weekly review. Improvement in manufacturing efficiency. Analysis of work processes and targets for improvement Motivated & Trained subordinates. Installation of training and Development schemes and objective target oriented assessments with weekly review. In-house rejections within limits to attain the budgeted Production, Metal/Mfg. wastage & warranty targets. Daily & Weekly monitoring of in-house rejections with daily & weekly review. Maintaining Inventory (Prod. related incl. WIP/FG) within the budgeted target. Daily & Weekly review for planning, producing & controlling the inventory. Maintaining Conversion Cost (accrued from production) within the budgeted target. Weekly review of the same & by increasing productivity & decreasing wastage. Customer requirement Monitoring of service requests, customer complaints on a monthly basis. On time delivery Supply chain management Mfg. Services, OEM Marketing, Quality Assurance. Preferred candidate profile B.Tech./B.Engg. (Mech./Elec./Chem./Metallurgical) having 17-22 years experience in Production function .
