Legal Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support. Develop and implement legal procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain accurate records of legal documents and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices applicable to the BFSI industry. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
