Job description Responsibilities: Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications. Perform various types of testing, including functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing. Conduct thorough testing of electrical systems, including power systems, control systems, and instrumentation. Identify and document software and hardware defects using bug tracking tools. Track and monitor defects through resolution. Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing tools. Automate regression tests to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Participate in the evaluation and selection of testing tools. Quality Assurance Processes: Participate in design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices. Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed test reports and documentation. Create and maintain technical documentation related to testing procedures and results.
