Graduate Trainee

Job description Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services required for communications service providers to simplify their businesses, excite their subscribers and grow their value. The candidate will be assisting with improving the Calix inhouse test harness (CAF ), making improvements to the Velocity reservation system performing data analysis of lab equipment utilization. Required Skills: Working towards a BS or MS in Computer Science. Familiarity with Python3 and Robot framework. Understands basic computer programing concepts, data structures and object-oriented programming. Familiarity with Linux and Windows OS. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team setting. Additional Skills: Familiarity with source control applications such as GIT. Familiar with databases such as SQLite, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases. Familiar with unit testing principles. Working knowledge of Networks. Foundation in data analysis or machine learning.
