Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

Job description We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules using SQL, Fast Formulae, HDL, and OTBI. Analyze and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules and integrations. Work closely with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs. Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and Fast Formulae for various HCM needs including payroll, benefits, and absence management. Use HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data uploads and conversions. Work on Business Units (BU) configurations and security roles setup. Provide support for quarterly Oracle updates, regression testing, and system validation. Troubleshoot and resolve HCM technical issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and support projects. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of relevant technical experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries. In-depth hands-on experience with Fast Formulae, HDL, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Solid understanding of HCM concepts, Business Units (BU), roles, and security. Experience with data migration, integrations, and interface development. Strong domain knowledge in HR processes and policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or B.Sc with minimum 70% score.
