Job description Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8 to 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on ReactJS and Python. • Proficiency in ReactJS, including state management (Redux/Context), hooks, and component design. • Expertise in Python, with experience in Flask, Django, or FastAPI. • Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices. • Solid understanding of frontend tooling (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn). • Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). • Strong experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Familiarity with financial systems, regulatory standards, and data protection practices is highly desirable. • Experience with unit testing frameworks like PyTest, Jest, or Mocha. Preferred Skills: • Exposure to financial trading systems, reporting tools, or compliance platforms. • Familiarity with DevOps practices, including containerization and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform). • Understanding of event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ). • Knowledge of automated testing, test-driven development (TDD), and behavior-driven development (BDD).
