Ahmedabad Login to Apply Apply without Registration Posted: Just NowOpenings: 1Job Applicants: 22Job Views: 71 Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with the various managers to deliver materials efficiently and effectively to extended distribution points as per the dispatch plans of Vaccine. Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, raw material handling, and finished goods storage of Vaccine. Oversee cold chain management to ensure optimal temperature control for Vaccine. Verify that the warehouse staff maintains up-to-date documents for each warehouse segregated by program and maintain the documents as per cGMP and GDP. Coordinate with ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System) team to optimize warehouse efficiency. Ensure compliance with SAP WMS (Warehouse Management System) software for seamless data tracking and reporting. Collaborate with dispensing teams to manage inventory levels and resolve any issues related to product availability. Produce, verify, and submit Loss Status Reports. Produce monthly Loss /liquidated/discarded RMPM Reports. Verify regularly the balances of unfit and spoiled stocks at the warehouses and distribution centres in order to prepare waybills, action plans and documents for the final disposition authorization. In coordination with Manufacturing managers and the Warehouse Officer, schedule and supervise the timely delivery of supplies (i.e., prepare monthly and weekly written dispatch /dispensing plans). Coordinate the preparation of waybills in accordance with the delivery schedule and the stocks remaining. Verify all waybills - tonnages, the categories of stocks delivered, the addresses of the distribution centres, centre supervisor names and addresses, etc. before approving for loading and dispatch. Verify invoices received from trucking companies against waybills. Prepare the reports required weekly and quarterly reports as per Regulation. Ensure that monthly physical inventories of all warehouses are conducted as scheduled. Desired Candidate Profile 10-16 years of experience in a similar role within the Vaccine / Biologics / Pharma industry. B.Sc. degree in Any Specialization; MBA/PGDBM preferred Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Raw Material handling, Finished Goods storage, Cold Chain management, Dispensing processes. Fluent written and spoken English. Solid working knowledge of computers and the following software: Windows, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word and SAP S4 HANA Role:Warehouse Manager Salary: 15-20 Lacs P.A.
