Branch Relationship Manager

Job description We are looking for a skilled Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base. Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Branch Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
