Tax Senior

Job description We are seeking Tax Senior with strong experience in public tax accounting and excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients, mentoring team members, and delivering high-quality tax solutions in a timely and compliant manner. Role & responsibilities Consult with clients on tax return preparation, tax planning, research, and related advisory services Deliver a comprehensive range of tax services in compliance with applicable US laws and regulations Build and maintain client relationships, offering planning and consulting expertise Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams on project status and updates Review and sign-off on tax work papers and tax provision calculations Guide, mentor, and train team members to develop their technical and professional skills Contribute to business development strategies and client acquisition initiatives Implement and improve internal tax processes using best practices Provide innovative tax solutions and review complex income tax returns Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience in US tax accounting CPA License (Valid and Current) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field Strong verbal and written communication skills (Excellent English is a must) Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and meet strict deadlines Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills Hands-on experience with tax software tools such as ProConnect (Intuit), QuickBooks Online (QBO), and Xero Work Timing: Mon to Fri: 2:30pm to 11:30pm & 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (Only during Tax Season) Employees are requested to relocate to our Pune office during Tax Season Role: Accounting & Taxation - Other Industry Type: Analytics / KPO / Research Department: Finance & Accounting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Accounting & Taxation Education UG: B.Com in Any Specialization PG: MBA/PGDM in Finance Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills Client CommunicationUs TaxForm 1040 Individual TaxationForm 1120Form 1065From 1041Taxation
