Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team as a Banker on Wheel in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibility Manage and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. Provide financial guidance and support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns. Conduct regular customer visits to promote banking products and services. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Any graduate degree from a recognized university. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
