Job description Job Description: Technical Lead Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and EdTech standards. This role requires a technical leader who can guide a development team, make architectural decisions, and drive the implementation of scalable and secure systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the development team while ensuring adherence to coding standards, architecture, and performance optimization. Design and implement scalable, modular, and multi-tenant system architectures. Develop and manage REST APIs, microservices, and front-end integrations with React.js and TypeScript. Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS and optimize system performance and reliability. Collaborate on AI/ML integration tasks, deploying models for content tagging and predictive analytics. Implement integrations with external systems using EdTech standards like LTI, xAPI, QTI etc. Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Required Skills and Experience: Experience: 7+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Frontend: Expertise in React.js and TypeScript. Backend: Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Cloud: Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native architectures. Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and caching solutions like Redis. Standards: Knowledge of EdTech standards, including LTI, xAPI, and QTI. DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in building multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Familiarity with frameworks for NLP, LLM, content tagging, and analytics. Certifications in AWS or Kubernetes. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
