Machine Operator

Job description Roles and Responsibilities Operate machines such as capsule filling, encapsulation, packaging machines, printing machines, and filling machines to produce high-quality products. Set up and maintain machinery according to production requirements. Perform routine maintenance tasks on pharma machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality control standards during all aspects of machine operation. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of capsule filling, encapsulation, packaging machines, printing machines, and filling machines. Ability to operate pharma machinery safely and efficiently. Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging processes.
