Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Fresher (5 openings) Qualification: DMLT - Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented DMLT fresher to join our Preclinical Department. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Preclinical research field. You will be working under the supervision of senior scientists and laboratory managers to support routine lab operations, sample collection, testing, and documentation for preclinical studies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling and processing biological samples (blood, tissue, etc.) from animal studies. Perform routine laboratory tests such as hematology, biochemistry, and urinalysis as per protocols. Maintain proper documentation of all lab work in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) guidelines. Support in the preparation and sterilization of lab instruments, glassware, and reagents. Monitor lab inventory and ensure timely procurement of consumables. Participate in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and hygiene standards. Qualifications: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from a recognized institute. Basic knowledge of clinical lab techniques and instruments. Good understanding of biological sample handling. Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures and quality control. Willingness to learn and adapt to new lab technologies and SOPs. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office, Lab Information Systems). Good communication and teamwork abilities. Exposure to GLP or laboratory research (internships, academic projects, etc.) is a plus.
