This is an exciting opportunity to work in the luxury real estate industry, build your portfolio, and secure a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) with a CTC of 3 LPA. Key Responsibilities: Video Shooting & Editing: Capture high-quality videos of property walkthroughs, client testimonials, and real estate events. Edit content into engaging reels, YouTube videos, and promotional clips. Content Creation & Optimization: Add music, text overlays, transitions, and effects to enhance video appeal. Optimize videos for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts with the best formats, aspect ratios, and engagement techniques. Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content aligned with real estate trends. Stay updated on viral editing styles to make our content stand out.
