Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracker Assist with the preparation of recruitment materials and documentation. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
