Job description As a sales associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable facing overseas clients (Mostly U.S) and making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, and moving leads forward in the pipeline. You should understand customer needs and requirements, route qualified opportunities, and aggressive follow-ups. generate interest, close sales. You should be proactive at figuring out creative ways to reach out and smartly navigate your way to get in touch with decision-makers. Achieving incremental sales targets for specific product/service domain Ensure adherence to policy/procedures governing the process Daily report generation and process compliance Knowledge Of Banking And Financial Industry Preferred Requirements Experience in outbound sales calling process in Loan consolidation and Debt Collection.
