Job description Role & responsibilities Consultation: Assess client needs, recommend suitable health insurance plans, and explain coverage options. Policy Management: Process new applications, renewals, and cancellations, and handle client inquiries. Customer Education: Provide information about policies, terms, and conditions, and assist with the claims process. Claim Review: Review and process insurance claims efficiently, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and provide guidance on claims status and benefits.
