Branch Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding amounts. Collaborate with the collections team to identify and resolve issues related to delayed payments. Analyze financial data to provide insights on customer behavior and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records and reports on receivables, including aging analysis and credit risk assessments. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and banking practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
