Branch Receivable Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables, ensuring timely payments and minimizing bad debts. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding amounts. Collaborate with the collections team to identify and resolve issues related to delayed payments. Analyze financial data to provide insights on trends and areas for improvement in the bank's receivables. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions, including receipts, payments, and outstanding balances. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables management. Job Requirements Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles and credit risk assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with banking software systems. Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
