Job description Roles and Responsibilities Conduct assessments to identify children's strengths, needs, and goals. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Sensory Integration, Handwriting without Tears, and other occupational therapy techniques. Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to promote child development and independence. Collaborate with parents/caregivers on strategies for home programming and parent training.
