Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective business strategies. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Familiarity with the BFSI industry and its regulations.
