Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify client requirements and offer personalized advice on mutual fund investments. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes affecting mutual funds. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other channels to expand the client base. Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of mutual funds products, including their features, benefits, and risks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
