Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Conduct thorough needs analysis to provide expert advice on investment products, including Mutual Funds. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality customer service. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and compliant. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds and the BFSI industry is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze complex financial data. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage client portfolios effectively. A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field is required.
