Legal Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide legal support and guidance on various matters, including contracts and agreements. Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts and policies. Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the bank's interests. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the banking industry. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices applicable to the BFSI industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly. Proficiency in legal software and systems, with strong technical skills. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance obligations. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
