Legal Officer

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Provide legal support and guidance on various matters, including contracts and agreements. Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts and policies. Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the bank's interests. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the banking industry. Job Requirements Strong understanding of legal principles and practices applicable to the BFSI industry. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the banking sector. Familiarity with legal software and systems, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
