Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager to lead our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 0-16 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise branch staff to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth.
