Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Job Requirements Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and creatively. Experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in a similar role or industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
