Relationship Manager - MLAP

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with knowledge of MLAP. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in small finance banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational goals.
