Relationship Manager - Merchant OD

Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Merchant OD. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with merchants to increase business opportunities. Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base. Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall satisfaction. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly in Merchant OD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Familiarity with financial products and services is an added advantage.
