The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies. Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data to provide accurate assessments and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and related products is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to assess complex financial data. Experience working in the BFSI industry, particularly in micro mortgages, is preferred. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and regulatory requirements.
