Job description Looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and resolve client issues. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
