Job description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Identify and mitigate risks associated with business development activities. Monitor and report on business performance metrics. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in used car finance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with financial institutions is an advantage.
