Job description Role Overview We are seeking a Junior Assistant Producer to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about production management and eager to learn the ins and outs of video and photography production. Youll assist in coordinating projects, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of shoots. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination: Support the Producer in managing video and photography projects from start to finish. Client Communication: Assist in maintaining communication with clients for updates, feedback, and deliverables. Scheduling & Logistics: Help organize shoot schedules, arrange locations, and coordinate travel and equipment needs. Budget Assistance: Track expenses and ensure they align with approved project budgets. Documentation: Prepare and maintain contracts, project briefs, and progress reports. On-Site Support: Be present during shoots to help troubleshoot, manage timelines, and coordinate with the creative team. Team Collaboration: Work closely with directors, cinematographers, and editors to ensure projects meet creative goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
