Job description Continuous prospecting & Recruitment of POSPs., Regular Training & Development of POSPs as per the schedule., Joint calls with POSPs as and when required., Daily reporting as per Morning & Evening timeline along with the review on progress with line manager., Attend all the trainings, other skill builders & development programs regularly., Provide prompt and timely after sales service to all the associated POSPs and their customers., Ensure 13th month & regular persistency for smooth running of business., Work dedicatedly to ensure performance targets and goal sheet to achieve monthly & annually as per the PMS.
