Job description Job Description: Brokers / Realty Consultants Job Overview: A real estate broker's job is to help buyers and sellers with the transfer of a property, and they perform a variety of duties, including client relations, property marketing, property preparation, negotiation, transaction, documentation and compliance. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Required to handle both landlord and clients. Be their single point of contact (SPOC) during the transaction. 2. Sourcing new properties through online / newspapers and listing them with the database team 3. Work on existing properties for sale / lease Physical 4. Coordination with landlords and showing properties to clients 5. Shortlisting properties for client inspection / fixing appointments with the landlords sale/ lease 6. Updating regular market information to the team 7. Collaborate and networking with other external mediators / Market Information 8. Assisting sellers / buyers to promote their properties 9. Providing information regarding property availability, price, guideline and etc 10. Evaluate the client’s interest and capabilities to recommend appropriate suggestion 11. Meeting new clients and doing inspections/updating in the database 12. Coordinating with the landlords to get our fee confirmation 13. Present properties to potential buyers/ tenants – Lease/ Sale 14. Always keep updating about the Real Estate Market – Chennai 15. Coordinating with the developers to get new properties – Sale/ Lease 16.
