Job description To run & Supervison of a project with 250 Electrical Power Disribution & Installation team members at Kumaun range, Uttrakhand.Project Engineer - Electrical Power Distribution & Installation Location: Kumaun Range, Uttarakhand, India Number of Team Members: 250 Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Coordinate with stakeholders, including local authorities, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 250 electrical engineers, technicians, and workers. Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear instructions. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Address team conflicts and ensure a positive work environment. Technical Expertise: Design and oversee the installation of electrical power distribution systems. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate project documentation. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specifications. Conduct regular inspections and tests. Identify and rectify any defects or non-conformances. Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze project data. Communicate project updates to stakeholders.
