Job description Roles and Responsibilities Manage soft services such as housekeeping, cafeteria management, guest house management, facility services, and pest control. Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and maintenance schedules.
