ServiceNow Senior Associate

Job description We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Senior Associate to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Support and Development. Roles and Responsibility Troubleshoot and solve existing problems using technical skills. Identify and assess technical solutions to meet business needs. Manage development deliverables using Agile Framework. Support customers across various time zones with excellent communication skills. Develop new solutions on the ServiceNow platform with expertise. Collaborate with teams to achieve common goals and objectives. Job Requirements Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with flexibility. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, CSM, and IntegrationHub. Ability to develop quality solutions independently with strong analytical skills. Experience creating and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Flows, and ACLs. Understanding or experience with technical aspects of ServiceNow such as JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAP, and REST. Code debugging techniques and ability to write code adhering to coding best practices. Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITOM, ITAM, CMDB is a plus. Experience resolving issues within strict SLA timelines and working in shifts or out of standard working hours. Knowledge of Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, Integrations, Now Assist, Performance Analytics, and Scoped applications. Experience working in a client-facing environment.
