Associate Consultant

Job description Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage patient care throughout the IVF treatment cycle, from consultation to post-procedure follow-up. Perform fertility assessments, including hormonal tests, ultrasound exams, and other diagnostic procedures. Administer IVF procedures, including oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and other fertility-related treatments. Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans for patients. Offer counseling and guidance to patients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding treatment options, procedures, and expectations. Monitor and manage any complications that may arise during the treatment process. Stay up to date on the latest advancements in reproductive medicine and fertility treatments. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with health regulations. Provide emergency care or intervention when necessary, ensuring patient safety at all times. Passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their reproductive goals. Empathy and a patient-first attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions in high-pressure situations. Knowledge of medical technologies related to fertility and IVF procedures. Ability to build strong relationships with patients and support them through challenging treatments.
