Job description Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and SOQL. Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Mulesoft, etc.). Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices. Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Work on platform automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and maintain coding standards and documentation. Collaborate with Admins,Product Managers, and Stakeholders to define and prioritize features. Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features; proactively recommend improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing code and configurations. Preferred candidate profile 5 - 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development. Strong knowledge of Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, etc.). Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience (Aura and LWC components). Solid understanding of Governor Limits, Performance Tuning, and Best Practices. Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
