BA D365 CE Sr. Associate

Job description We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have between 4 and 9 years of experience implementing D365 solutions. Roles and Responsibility Setup and configure the D365 application to meet client requirements. Unit test business processes to ensure they function as expected. Create technical writing and documentation for clients. Perform data conversion, including transformation and loading data into D365. Collaborate with US counterparts to manage workload and deliverables. Coach and mentor junior resources to enhance their skills. Oversee client delivery and quality on assigned projects. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of functional hands-on experience with D365. Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and experience deploying solutions using Power Platform applications. Understanding of key end-to-end business processes, including Lead to Order and Field Service. Experience in solution design and architecture is preferred. Implementation experience with CE Apps and their order is beneficial.
