Job description Job Title: Java Full Stack Development Trainer Location: Hyderabad Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract / Freelance] Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Full Stack Development Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java and full-stack web technologies and a talent for teaching and mentoring aspiring developers. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions, preparing learning materials, and guiding learners through practical projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs in Java Full Stack Development. Teach core Java concepts [OOPs, collections, multithreading etc.], advanced Java [JDBC, Servlets, JSP], and frameworks like Spring Boot. Provide frontend training using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Angular. Guide learners on backend development with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs. Train in database management using MySQL, MongoDB, and ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA. Introduce tools and practices like Git/GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker. Deliver sessions via classroom or virtual platforms. Create course materials, assignments, hands-on projects, and assessments. Provide guidance and mentorship to students for project work and job readiness. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay up to date with the latest development trends and update training content accordingly. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 12 years of experience in training/mentoring is preferred. Strong knowledge of: Core & Advanced Java Spring Boot, Hibernate HTML, CSS, Bootstarp, JavaScript, React.js REST APIs, JSON, Web Services MySQL / MongoDB Version control [Git] Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently. Passion for teaching and mentoring. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms [AWS, Azure] is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver structured training programs on Core and Advanced Python. Explain programming concepts clearly, including: Data types, control flow, functions, OOPs File handling, error handling, modules, packages Provide hands-on training in: Web development with Django/Flask APIs and RESTful services Data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy Database connectivity [MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB] Cover modern development practices using: Git/GitHub, Virtual Environments, Pip, Debugging Assist in Python for Data Science, Machine Learning [optional/additional] Prepare course materials, exercises, assignments, and capstone projects.
