Procurement Executive

Job description 3+ years of experience in domestic fabric/lining sourcing, job work coordination, or related roles. Strong knowledge of fabric, lining, PU materials, and job work processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITY : Fabric & Lining Sourcing: Coordinate with domestic suppliers for raw materials. Ensure quality compliance and timely delivery of materials as per brand specifications. Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring optimal pricing and quality. Jobwork Coordination: Oversee and manage all jobwork activities. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely production and delivery of completed products. Address and resolve any production or quality issues that may arise during the jobwork process. Order Management: Manage the entire process from order receipt to delivery, ensuring all timelines are met for domestic orders. Track and report the status of ongoing orders, highlighting any delays or issues. Ensure the proper documentation is maintained for every order, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and manage common materials inventory, ensuring timely replenishment. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing goods, coordinating with the warehouse team. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the quality standards set by Brand, conducting regular checks on materials and finished products. Coordinate with the quality control team to address any discrepancies or quality concerns. Collaboration & Communication: Liaise with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of orders. Communicate effectively with Brand teams to align on specifications, timelines, and requirements.
