Monitoring marketing activities and improving their performance. Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients and designers as well. Ensure the follow-ups of Hot leads Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends Ensure clarity of payment at the time of order finalization. Manage the showroom's website and social media presence, including content creation and advertising Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Maintain accurate records and reports to measure the success of marketing efforts. Responsible for Payment collections from the respective clients. Responsible for upkeep of client detail form. Ensure intimating the team about the revision of quotation and design of all final orders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new marketing opportunities. Submission of reports daily, monthly, quarterly & annually as per SOP.
