Sales Executive

Job description Role & responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide styling advice to drive sales. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize average bill value. 2. Sales & Target Achievement Achieve individual and store sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager. Actively promote new arrivals, offers, and seasonal collections. 3. Product Knowledge Maintain thorough knowledge of all FashionDwar products, fabrics, sizes, and fits. Keep up with fashion trends to confidently recommend suitable styles to customers. 4. Visual Merchandising Ensure attractive product display as per visual merchandising guidelines. Regularly refresh displays to maintain a fresh and trendy look in-store. 5. Inventory Management Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and organization. Monitor stock levels and notify the manager of low or fast-moving items. 6. Billing & POS Handling Operate the billing system (POS) and handle customer transactions accurately. Ensure proper cash handling, billing, and returns/exchanges. 7. Customer Relationship Building Collect and update customer contact information for loyalty programs. Follow up with regular customers and inform them about new launches or offers.
